CURIO INK & IVORY — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CURIO INK & IVORY! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Your checkout total includes all shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable duties — no surprise charges at delivery. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Backordered & Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is backordered or out of stock, we will notify you by email. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are restocked. You may request a cancellation for backordered items at any time before they ship.

Lost or Damaged Packages Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us immediately at contact@curioinkandivory.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. CURIO INK & IVORY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@curioinkandivory.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
